Drove off the lot satisfied I had already done all the research I needed to purchase my new vehicle. Hendrick Honda had the vehicle I wanted with the lowest miles and price. When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by James Jordan. I told him I knew exactly what I wanted, I was here to get the deal done. James and Ned Brown made that process extremely painless and worked to make me satisfied with my purchase. I had been to 3-4 other dealerships prior to my visit at Hendrick, none were as pleasant and simple as this experience. Ultimately that is why they earned my business. More

Worst customer service ever Horrible customer service. Cesar, the sales manager, is rude and so is his staff. I was on my way to purchase a car from this dealership- both the man Horrible customer service. Cesar, the sales manager, is rude and so is his staff. I was on my way to purchase a car from this dealership- both the manager and Kristen knew I was coming. Somebody else was there looking at the same car when I called to let them know I was on my way, they informed me that they would call me back to let me know about the car. They never had the decency to call me back and sold the car (full well knowing I was coming to buy it but had to go home to get my car & title for trade in). They also are shady when it comes to pricing, initial salesman said he could give discounts & work with my budget, but after going to talk to the sales manager the discounts disappeared. Would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
