The team members that I interacted with with very kind and I felt valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends. I have only one negative comment about this process. Since purchasing the vehicle I have been contacted 3 times for evaluations about the experience - once by phone and twice by emal. We originally stopped by this Honda dealership on a Thursday night a little after 8pm. We met up with Tom, who took us for tests drives with the insight and the civic and was very friendly and informat Thursday night a little after 8pm. He answered all our questions honestly and didn't give us the runaround on anything. This is why we came back that weekend to purchase/trade in a car. They had limited Civics in stock so they spent an hour or so making phone calls trying to find another color at any other dealership, and Tom did as much paperwork as he could in the meantime, and helped us entertain the kids. When we decided to try the Fit he was great about taking us for a test drive and finding the exact one we wanted on the lot. We loved this car buying experience! It was no pressure, everyone was up front and clear about everything and we never once felt we were getting the run around. Tom was a great salesperson to deal with, and we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda. And I totally love this car! More
