customer service suck I drop my car at 6:50am with appointment, for a recall. I called at 4:15pm customer service said the car would be ready by 5:pm. Car was not ready, I wanted to talk to the service manager, he did not talk to me for almost 45 minutes avoided me for this time; until I went to talk to the big boss. I have no doubt in my mind they did not fix the car because I did not wanted them to fix the other part. worst service ever don't bring your car there or buy one you can be for a big surprise. More

She quickly scheduled my car for service at the exact date and time I requested. I was able to drop off the car, go to a movie with a friend, and return to pick up my car with no waiting. Things couldn;t have worked out smoother. Although my car seldom requires service, when it does I always call Kristi and am always treated in a friendly and positive manner. Her smile and courteous disposition, along with her impressive knowledge, make every visit to Hendrick Honda a pleasant one and I always feel that my car is getting the best service available. Awful experience Hendrick had my car for over a week for an insurance repair and did nothing. Tried to put it on my insurance company when in fact they had done nothin Hendrick had my car for over a week for an insurance repair and did nothing. Tried to put it on my insurance company when in fact they had done nothing when the adjuster arrived to approve additional repairs they said were needed. They were charging $155 per hour for labor. Had my car removed and taken to another shop where they actually did the work for LESS than the insurance estimate. Hendrick Honda is a ripoff More

No wonder they offer it because it takes forever to get it done. Every time I've been here my basic service/oil change takes over 90 minutes. The 1st two times were on a weekend and after speaking with the manager he told me to arrange a week day. I went on a Tuesday and still spend 90m here. At this point I am almost willing to pay somewhere else so I get some of my life back. More

This started with a chat on their web site and then a call from him at 6pm to confirm the car was available and the time. He followed up at 6:17pm with an email. When we pulled up at 7:45 an MDX looking just like the one we came to see pulled away from in front of the dealership. We entered and asked to see Mr. Moises Urcuyo . He was paged and called back- saying the car was sold. This is disrespectful and unprofessional. He had my cell # and email. Plus, in my experience it takes more than an hour to close a deal and get the car ready to leave the lot. This deal was under way at 6pm. My first experience was so bad I will never return. More

It is hard enough to shop for a vehicle but the staff at Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge make buying a car fun and exciting. Robert Kamga was exceptional in his approach to helping us buy our Honda. He did not pressure, he was very straight forward in what he could and could not do for us. That's all I expected from him. Dennis Card was also terrific. He came through with all he said he will do. I do not believe buying a car should take all day. I have been to other dealerships, and what other dealerships could not accomplished for us in 6 hours of wasted time, Robert Kamga and Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge accomplished in less than 3 hours. I and my wife are completely satisfied with our buying experience with Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge. I will not do the dealership a great justice if I do not mention their service department. I did not completed my review until after my first service which was today. I was not surprised by my experience with the service department. From the setting of appointment, I was told what to expect as my waiting time. I appreciate their candor. I was told that my wait time will be 1.5hours or less. I was out of service in about an hour. That is what I call sticking to the gun, especially, when I witness firsthand the number of cars coming in. I also have mention the outstanding customer service I received from Mr. Jeff Gossman. He took time to explain to needed to be done. Because of his customer service prowess, I have decided to bring my Nissan Armada for all my car care needs to Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge. More
