I was on my way to a dealership next door, but could not find a parking space. I parked at the Hendrick Honda Dealership instead. He stated that he saw me looking at the car on display and wondered what I was looking for and what did I want to spend. I expressed what I was interest in and knew Honda's as great cars and he showed me the Honda Crosstour. He showed me all of the features and we took a test drive. It was a great car for me and I decided to purchase. Once all of the paperwork was completed, Kevin introduced me to Mark Kueny, Finance Manager. I had a very bad experience with this dealership when I went to buy a new 2012 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation. We had agreed upon a price via e-mails before I went to buy a car from them. but these guys went to buy a new 2012 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation.
