I have owned a Honda Odyssey which I bought at Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge as a used car in 2008. It was 4 years old and in great condition. But recently in the past 6 months we've had a lot of transmissi Honda in Woodbridge as a used car in 2008. It was 4 years old and in great condition. But recently in the past 6 months we've had a lot of transmission problems with it and other things going wrong. So we decided to buy a new car actually a new used car with 14,000 miles on it as I'm having to make many trips to Florida and I need a reliable car. Our experience with Hendricks Honda in Woodbridge was good with our last car so we went there to look. Philip one of the sales people was a big help to us. He showed us different vans and SUV's as I was looking for something that had good cargo space. After looking at several cars we decided we really liked the Passport. And it was in white which was one of my three color choices. There was no high pressure sales which I appreciated. It was a matter of talking about the different features which Philip very patiently answered any questions we had and what was most important to us. But we went to other lots and looked around to see what was available as I needed the car soon and I decided that I was going to go back to Hendricks Honda to get the Passport. Everyone was very friendly and didn't make us feel pressured into buying something. They helped us get license plates quickly as I need to leave for Florida in the next week and I didn't want to go down there with temporary tags. I have been driving the Passport for several days and I'm getting used to all the new things on there that weren't on my Odyssey and I'm starting to feel comfortable driving it.
