I drove away in a brand-new Pilot with everything I was looking for, and the process didn’t take all day, which I really appreciated. I had an issue with my car being damaged possibly during routine maintenance. Went to talk to Kristi to inquire about seeing video of me driving I to the dealership. Look somewhere else. You will not leave happy at all. 🚩🚩🚩 BUYER BEWARE 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 This is based on my own experience. My son wanted to purchase a Honda Accord. First, let me tell you — the prices on their site are HIGHER than when you go in person. He test drove the Honda, then we went to another lot they have to see a couple more and decide which one he really liked. This is where things changed. We sit down at the table to talk numbers, and their finance person — or the “person who makes the deal” — comes out. She is rude and a scammer. She starts asking us what car we have at home (weird). We ask why. She says, “Oh, because if it’s a 2011 or newer we can give you $1,500 off the car you want to purchase.” We ask, “Why?” “Oh, it shows you have loyalty.” 🚩 We should have left then. We didn’t. She keeps pushing their financing but can’t even tell us the bank. When I tell you she was rude — she literally said she was “educating us on finance.” She says you can get a loan through Honda (what bank?) and then in 90 days refinance with whoever you want. Just a side note from someone who understands car deals: dealers do this because after 90 days they get their bonus. She gets up (I guess she was the “bad guy”), and another finance or “deal” person comes over saying, “Hey, if you really like this car, let’s get you in it.” My son goes ahead and does an application — well, a credit pull. They come back with numbers that we know are NOT TRUE. He has good credit. I don’t know what they did in the back. 🚩 We already had a loan with a great APR. They tried to hit us with 12% (who in their right mind would ever do that?) just to get a couple thousand off the car. Let’s just say my son left. Thank God. He would have walked away unhappy with his purchase. If you want to be treated rude, disrespected, and scammed — and feel like crap after buying a car from them — then by all means, go ahead. More
