Terrible experience and service. First, I love Honda vehicles. I had a Civic for 10+ years. I had a CRV for 10+ years, and the Honda Accord Hybrid that I purchase in February is a First, I love Honda vehicles. I had a Civic for 10+ years. I had a CRV for 10+ years, and the Honda Accord Hybrid that I purchase in February is a wonderful vehicle. However, this dealership is horrible in so many ways. 1) The salesman who sold the car didn't know basic information about the car. I did my homework before purchasing, and new more about Accord Hybrids than he did. Plus, he talked bad about Hybrids when he knew I was interested in them. 2) The sales and finance team were super slow on the sale. I was literally there for half a day. 3) I was told that I had to finance to get 1,800 dollars in incentives, I agreed. However, when I got in with the guy they offer a high interest rate, that is neither in line with their advertisements, nor what I can get elsewhere because I have excellent credit. It's just dumb, because there is no way I am staying with Honda financing. Plus, it's the typical bait and switch. 4) They forget to give me the license plate from the car I financed, so I have to go back to get it. 40 minutes away. 5) They told me I had three free months of Honda Link, but never told me how to get it. 6) They couldn't mail me the VA plates and I had to make another trio back. 7) My sales guy never once followed up with me. 8) Despite promising to send me my paperwork via email, they have never done so. 9) I have called about a dozen times to try to request my paperwork, and their stupid AI system is terrible, sending you to the wrong place or the to voicemail. No one ever returns your voicemail. When I get to someone, they are rude. I have been hung up on. 10) Honda never sent me a survey on my experience. I would have had a lot to say. Honda needs to drop these clowns. They are the absolute model of terrible service. More
