I am always glad I choose Hendrick Honda to purchase the vehicle from. While Honda is a great car, it is only secondary to the service you will receive from Hendrick Honda. Kudos to one and all at Hendrick Honda. More

We had a mixed experience at t On February 15th, 2020, we drove from Cleveland, OH to Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge to purchase a new 2020 Accord. We had a mixed experience at the dealership. The employees we worked with were great - friendly, polite, helpful, and efficient. When it was time to sign the paperwork, the price we agreed to had increased as the taxes were calculated for Virginia, not Ohio. I sent my information to the dealership days in advance so this should not have occurred. The next morning we found that the wheels and tires were stolen from the car (even though it was equipped with Honda OE wheel locks). I let the salesperson we worked with and a sales manager know what had happened, but the parts/service departments are closed on Sundays so there was nothing they could do. We were stuck nearly 400 miles from home, with no way to even get around locally to pick up food and water or look for a solution. The biggest problem is that I haven’t received any sort of follow-up on this from Hendrick Honda. Management is aware of our situation and they haven’t reached out to see if we found a solution or offered any assistance. My local Honda dealership offered a courtesy car for a 45-minute airbag recall service, and when I purchased a used Honda from them, the salesperson reached out multiple times in the following week to see how things were going. It was only after I contacted Honda Corporate that I received a single text message from a 5-digit number saying “thanks for buying a car from Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge.” This is the only communication I have received and “thanks” is not the correct response. I also sent an email to the GM and Customer Relations Manager of Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge and still not received a response from anyone. It seems that they do not care about their customers once the sale is done. For these reasons, I cannot recommend buying a vehicle from Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere when shopping for your next vehicle, as their customer and after-sales service is non-existent. More

Excellent service. I’ve been buying from Hendrick for 20 years. Why? Superior Service keeps bringing me back. While my Honda’s rarely break down, Regular maintenance and quality parts and service are critic years. Why? Superior Service keeps bringing me back. While my Honda’s rarely break down, Regular maintenance and quality parts and service are critical. I’ve always had a single service manager assigned and my current manager Bradley Elkins is the best yet. He keeps my 2018 Ridgeline and 2012 pilot in top shape. I’ll keep coming back to Hendricks to buy future cars - the best sales staff is the service staff. Keep it up! More
Very poor customer service in the service department. I took my Honds Crv in for issues that I was having and was treated very poorly. I wish I would have never purchased the car to begin with. Extremely deceptive and discourteous After engaging in a very friendly and even personal conversation with the salesperson on the testdrive, she presented us with an extremely low ball o After engaging in a very friendly and even personal conversation with the salesperson on the testdrive, she presented us with an extremely low ball offer of full msrp, even though we had an understanding that we were in for clearance deals. We immediately rejected and after asking her to match a competitor's price, they added mark ups to try to compensate. So they did not necessarily match the price. When the manager asked to see the price to match, he did not even acknowledge me, just looked at my phone and immediately went back into his office, while the salesperson directed me to stay outside his office. But despite all the dirty tactics and behavior, it wasn't even as bad as the salesperson NEVER offering my 7 month pregnant wife a cup of water during our long time there. This is a gross level of lack of consideration, courtesy and dignity on the most basic level. The shopping experience is just as important as getting a good deal. I absolutely Do Not recommend anyone shopping at this dealership. This is just one of several reviews I will be making and hope that our situation will prevent future potential buyers from going through what my family and I experienced. More

Think twice before getting your car service here This review will cover a few areas at this dealership and I'd like to think I'm a fair person and honest so here it goes. My ride: Honda CR-V 2017 This review will cover a few areas at this dealership and I'd like to think I'm a fair person and honest so here it goes. My ride: Honda CR-V 2017 with approx. 26k mileage, bought maintenance care pack. Service Center: The center is a bit tight on the entrance area, good automatic entrance door for car to enter. The service reps do welcome you and tell you to please wait for the next available rep. They will point you where to stop the car as you drive in. The setting is a bit tight if too many cars pulled in at once. Lots of employees walking around but unsure of what their roles are. The waiting area has a weird layout, could have been better. Service: Brought car in and not 'til 7 minutes later, someone asked if I've been helped. I was asked if I'll be waiting for the service, yes. I remembered they looked up my car schedule and verified that I do have maintenance plan on it, immediately told it will be a 2hr wait. Of course, to make me feel better, told me will try to get it done sooner than that. As I read through the reviews here, someone was correct, that indeed if I already have a maintenance plan, my car will be the last to get service. I waited for more than two hours in an uncomfortable seating waiting area. Issue: Drove the car home, next day, road noises from front tires occurred . In my experience, this may normal considering tire rotation was done. A a week later, road noise continued. I called in Service Center, got routed multiple times, placed on hold, and reach Service Advisor Assistant Manager, Bradley. He was the original service advisor for me. Brad said, could be one of the tires is bad. How so Brad? Can't be the case since all tires still look new. Only 25k miles on them so I am sure another 25k is expected of them. I move my children and drive 10 miles to work everyday, highway mileage. I understand other factors may cause bad tires but not from the look of them today. So what gives? I'm told by Bradley that he will check with customer service and call me back...well, no signs of call back. Here's the worse part about the service, the tires valve cabs were missing on two of the 4 tires. Why? Could it be the tire pressures aren't aligned that cause the road noise also? This also means for the two (2) plus hours that I waited for just an oil change and multi inspection extends morphed into an issue with my car? The valve cabs aren't that expensive, the question is the quality of service of the techs, I believe is very questionable. I understand it's the end of the day and they are exhausted but come on, there has got to be a quality assurance of work being done here. I don't think I see that. It's my second time here and will be my last. Just a note to you Hendrick Honda if you read this, while the car may have maintenance plan, but it will be expired. If customers have excellent experience with you, don't you think they will continue to get their cars service here post the expiration of the maintenance plan? Along with other services such as tire replacement, brakes replacement, and etc that aren't covered by the plan and warranty? While friendliness is good to entice customers in providing you better service rating, the actual quality of service on the car is what customers really looking to get. Isn't one of the core value of your existence is to take great care of customers' vehicles? More
