THEIVES AND LIARS . Can not give lower than one star but that is what they deserve. I took my vehicle in because it needed a recall. The service advisor told me they wo . Can not give lower than one star but that is what they deserve. I took my vehicle in because it needed a recall. The service advisor told me they would do the recall, a complementary multi-point inspection and a car wash. I was adamant that I did not want them going through my belongings and even set the wheel lock out so they wouldn't need to search for it. The service advisor said they never go through a customer's things and they have a master key wheel lock set they use. My husband told the service advisor we would like the car back by noon. My husband said he received a call that morning asking if they could appraise our car. He said no and by 3:31 PM we still had no update on the repairs. My husband called and they said it was ready. My husband gave me the receipt and it stated Customer declined multipoint inspection No multipoint inspection was performed per customer's request. This is a complete and untrue statement as I had agreed to the inspection. It is a falsification of their documents . They have done this the last two times I have taken my car to their service department. The more disturbing fact was they went through my glove compartments. I am guessing their mechanic was looking for drugs because I had a piece of aluminium foil which they tore open and left laying in the floorboard. I had other things belonging to my twin sister (who passed away) which they threw on the floor like trash. I reported all this the next day and the service director called a day later. He basically said if I have had problems with their dealership on multiple occasions why don't I just take my car elsewhere? Don't worry, if I even keep this car it will be going somewhere else. The sales department tries to keep you coming to their service department by saying free inspections for life. Don't waste your time and piece of mind on these people. BUY AND SERVICE ELSEWHERE!!! YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID!!! More

We did not need financing, the finance was forced as a part of getting a "deal" (same price as other dealers were already offering) and so was the minimum amount of the loan. The only reason we went there was they had the color and trim we were interested. Finance department tries all kind of gimmicks and worst they send us a notice of "adverse credit". Called them was told it was a mistake, e-mailed to follow-up.. Nothing... I have a feeling these guys mess us something and then give u a high rate of interest. A friend of mine even was threatened by the finance department after 10 days to return the car. Dont take the car from here if they force you to finance. Not worth the hassle. More

TONS OF LIES!!!!!! I bought a car from them, signed the paperwork and all and then it was sold again to someone else before they delivered it to me. Beyond that, it’s been a week and they always say they’ll call back but they never do. I’ve been told 3 times I would get a call back and I usually have to be the one to reach out to get someone. I’ve spoken to two different managers and nothing has been resolved. I’m just going to deal with corporate. More

When I approached him about this at the end of transaction he acted unsympathetic and as if it does not matter. It made me feel my time is not valuable and my concerns don’t mean anything. Update: I got a tire repaired during this service but the dealership made a mess in the back of my car. I threw my kids car seats upside down and shuffled my kids diaper bag in trash like manner. Not to mention the tire is still leaking air so I am not sure what they fixed. More

All were very proactive in providing me with clear and thorough information ensuring that I was completely comfortable with all the features of the vehicle. The Sales, Finance and Management team are all straightforward and work in a hassle-free manner which is really appreciated. Buying a car from this dealership, for a change, was a relaxed experience. This is how car buying should be done! I highly recommend Hendrick Honda. More

Great deal it was a 2015 Honda accord hybrid touring at 3.99% with $5000.00 down for Found a car on "carguru.com" that you had that my wife wanted. Great deal it was a 2015 Honda accord hybrid touring at 3.99% with $5000.00 down for 60 months and free shipping. Well when we called we found out that the free shipping was for "locals" only, we live in Delaware about four hours away. The wife still wanted it so we verified everything else and made the trip. When we got there the car was not ready neither were the finance people. When we finally got to start the financing we were told that the interest rate would be5.19% because that was the lowest rate they could get. Now my credit rating is 8.34 and my wife's is 8.90 so there was no way that we should not have gotten the lower rate. I will wait until monday (11-26-18) before pursuing this any further. More
