Stay Away From This Dealer If You Are a First Timer I recently visited this dealer to get the "New" Honda Accord and had the worst experience. The reason I highlighted "NEW" is because the car they clai I recently visited this dealer to get the "New" Honda Accord and had the worst experience. The reason I highlighted "NEW" is because the car they claimed as brand new had more than 700 miles on it and I was never informed until they made me sign an agreement and pull my credit for financing it. When I asked them to change the vehicle they said they didn't have anymore in stock with the same color options, and offered me 3 free oil changes in return which is probably a total of 500 bucks for all the three. Coming to the financing part, they are the worst finance managers or executives I have ever seen. The finance guy was absolutely rude and literally forced me to get the extended warranty although I never wanted it, which probably added a total of $2300 to my overall cost. Moreover, when I refused to do so, he started judging me and made some annoying comments on my opinion. The biggest lie comes now, I was made to sign a contract stating I would be paying X dollars every month as my EMI. But, the next day I received a call from the finance guy saying the bank was closed and that the deal did not go through. And now, the new rate was X+$165 every month which is ridiculous and he expected me to sign the new contract. They also made me drive back and forth to their dealership when I wanted to return the car and get my old one (which I was planning to trade-in) back. I mean, who tortures their customers like this? and if I have to pay more than 500 bucks a month, I'd rather go for a BMW or an Audi. If you people are reading this, let me tell you one thing, you are completely mistaken if you think you're doing a great job, but your entire dealership needs a training on Business Ethics and Good Communication. And you Mr. Finance, better learn to talk to your customers first rather than harassing or judging them. A BIG NO TO THIS DEALERSHIP More

They are COLD BLOODED cheaters and charged more than 10K with all cook up numbers and they don't give paper copies so that you won't recognize . I worked with IRFAN (Sales Person), TAREK( Sales Manager) , CYRUS (Finance Guy) and AMINE (Finance Director). All are bunch of liars and GREEDY PEOPLE. Don't believe whatever they say. They will cheat you to the core and not worthy people at all. PLEASE PLEASE Consider some other Dealer even if you waned to pay few hundred $ more. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY WITH THESE CHEAP LIARS. Don't EXPECT TRUST from these CHEAP and UNWORTHY LIARS. The finance guy (Cyrus) doesn't know anything and changed the number and contract almost three to four time and took more then two hours to complete the Paper work. The finance director have mentioned there are some technical problem, the number will be updated later but your on-road price will not change. But, the invoice were all cooked up and they don't tell or talk the truth. Let me know if you need a proof of the invoice that they charged me on the car that they have cooked up 10k more than the market price and included all additional package that I didn't request for. havent paid off my trade in after 6 weeks in their defense, my daughter dealt with this dealership start to finish, not me. the car she traded in was in my name. she bought her new/used car Ap in their defense, my daughter dealt with this dealership start to finish, not me. the car she traded in was in my name. she bought her new/used car April 10. Today is May 26, and they STILL have YET to pay off the car that was traded in. she has gone in to and called the dealership to ask what is going on multiple times and they keep telling her it will be taken care of. we have known about this issue for at least 2 weeks. I am getting emails and letters in the mail from the bank it was financed thru telling me i no longer have insurance on the car and if i don't provide them with proof of insurance, they will get insurance for me at MY cost. there has been late fees associated with them not paying it off, too. they said they will pay all the fees, but WHEN????? PS she loves her car and said the overall buying experience was fine, just having to deal with this issue has been a major pain. also, i it is telling me i have to select employees that were dealt with, but i honestly don't know who she dealt with, so don't take that into consideration. More
