Service Department I went in to get my vehicle VA inspection. I was turn away the service advisor said they did not have any appointment available for today. After I was I went in to get my vehicle VA inspection. I was turn away the service advisor said they did not have any appointment available for today. After I was told that I went online and they had two appointment available one at 8:30 and the other at 10:30. I schedule and appointment for 10:30 . Then I received a call from the manager and the excused she gave me on why I was turned away was because it is a third party scheduling 😡. It doesn’t make sense they need to have all systems working accurately. They just want to cover up that they discriminate because they rather keep the space to paying customers well it’s not my fault you provide free life time inspections. I will never give you my business again. More

I am generally suspicious of the entire dealership buying and repair service having had several We are 3 time returning customers to Hendrick Honda. I am generally suspicious of the entire dealership buying and repair service having had several experiences of gouging and one or two events of outright dishonesty. Am still not a big fan of dealerships but Hendrick Honda salesmen are very straightforward in their approach and rightfully advocate for their cars and vans which are great and reliable vehicles. Also, the there is no subterfuge in the "let me talk with the manager" routine. Finally, the finance staff are very good - no sales pitch and again straightforward information and alternatives. I would be remiss not to report on the exceptional service I received during a buying experience last year. As the executor of my brother's estate, I had his car to dispose of which I decided to use as a trade for a vehicle for a family member. The lady who handled the details and trade resolution really went out of her way to assist with securing all of the documents to resolve the title details and finalize the trade. It was an exceptional courtesy that extended beyond professional. Barring any meatball experiences, our family will rely on Hendrick Honda for our car purchase needs. More
