Did not want used vehicle business My husband was interested in getting a used Ford that Hendrick had on their website. I sent a request to see if the car was available. Salesperson Dav My husband was interested in getting a used Ford that Hendrick had on their website. I sent a request to see if the car was available. Salesperson David C.sent an email saying he tried calling, but my phone number was wrong. I called him, and he said he would check to see if they had a similar vehicle available as the one I asked about was sold. He never responded back. I bought two CR-Vs from Hendrick and used the service department for oil changes. This will no longer be the case. My husband got a new Ford for only 900 more than the used one listed on the website. I will NEVER go back to Hendrick Honda again, and I still have free oil changes with my car, but I am willing to pay to have it done so that I never have to step into Hendrick Honda again. More
Jeff was awesome! Went in nail in tire and Jeff took care of Jeff was awesome! Had to use my tire insurance and Jeff handled everything! Took a little while to get authorization but Jeff updated me several times Jeff was awesome! Had to use my tire insurance and Jeff handled everything! Feel like I'm being ripped off "The man with the hat, Bobby" did not mention any number, promised "if you know Bobby, you'll get discount," didn't give any discount what so ever, "j "The man with the hat, Bobby" did not mention any number, promised "if you know Bobby, you'll get discount," didn't give any discount what so ever, "just tell me what restaurant you like and I'll give you gift certificate", turns out, it's $25 and "I don't have any days off to go there and buy it yet, do you want to come by the dealer and I'll give $25 cash?" Like, really? For a $32K car, and you give me a $25 gift certificate or cash and ask me to stop by to pick it up? When I called "The man with the hat, Bobby," to have an update on my file, he dare to say in front of his customers that I was difficult to work with? I didn't even ask for a bottle of water, that was how much I don't want to bother him, and he said "I'm difficult to work with?" Hated my experience with this dealership especially "The man in the hat, Bobby." My first and last visit there!!! More
