They've also serviced my CRZ and that time Mark helped me, he jsut told me what needs to be done and did not push me to get the service from them. Issue I have in this location was the Front people/people that answer calls to make a schedule. They are not very helpful and no confirmation or follow from them. Personally I have been dealing with the people in the service department of the Honda dealership in Woodbridge, VA since 1989. I have been extremely pleased with the various service writers whom I have found to be knowledgeable, truthful and respectful. Jeff Gossman is definitely one of these. I am told which repairs are needed and why. I am also told which repairs are not critical and can be delayed. Because we own an RV, both vehicles have been toads with all four wheels on the ground. As a result, the mileage is a result of both driving miles and toad miles. Jeff takes this into account when recommending both immediate and delayed service. I will continue to request him as my service writer when I make future appointments. More
