I met my service advisor Bradley Elkins for the first time and he helped me through what would need to be done and gave me a time for completion. Work was done earlier and for less than I expected (labor costs). Bradley spent time with me walking through what was done, what to look for and determining when to come in for my next service. I relaxed in the customer lounge with coffee, free WIFI, fruit, doughnuts, TV. My car was ready in about 45 minutes and I was on my way. I have used Hendrick Honda service exclusively for 13 years since I purchased my first Honda from the dealership. Every service manager has been very friendly and helpful so it is always a pleasant experience to go there. More
