A Very Nice , NO PRESSURE !! car buying experience !! My sister recently lost her Honda civic in a car accident. I spoke with many dealerships over the phone trying to find a no nonsense, no pressure sale My sister recently lost her Honda civic in a car accident. I spoke with many dealerships over the phone trying to find a no nonsense, no pressure salesman. I finally found what I was looking for at Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge. David was just the type of salesman I wanted , he was as straight forward with me as I was with him. I spoke with him over the phone and told him my sisters situation and he said that he would check with his manager and call me back. I spoke to David a short time later and he said that they could work with me. My sister and I arrived at the dealership and met with David, he was very easy going and there was no pressure at all to buy a car. David went over the features of the new 2016 Honda Civic with my sister and took her on a test drive. My sister decided to purchase the car as she was filling out some paperwork David's manager Charles stopped by our table and checked in on us. Charles was very polite and really wanted to make sure that we were having the car buying experience that we wanted. I told him that we were and he said if there was anything we needed to please let him know. My sister and I then met Leah Bautista to get her car financed . Leah went well above and beyond to make sure we had a great interest rate and the service plans my sister needed to help maintain her new Civic. Leah was super nice and fun to work with !! We left Hendrick Honda with a smile and so thankful for a very nice no pressure experience we were looking for. Thank You Hendrick Honda and especially David , Leah and Charles !!! More
