He made everything easy from the second he answered the phone. He asked if everybody was ok and then,asked if I had initiated the Gap claim I said no and had forgot about having Gap. He quickly sent me,an email and together we gathered the information needed to send off to the Gap company. Yesterday I received notification the my balance $4300 was paid off. Needless to say, I bought about her car from Hendrick Honda simply because of thier service from Mike. More
