He was an excellent in all aspects and he informed me about the factory recall about the downloading of the recent software of Honda power steering problem made sure to be done quickly and efficiently. He is patient, understanding and most importantly, he listens! (a skill that some don't have when purchasing a vehicle). Ajay gave me some options, he walked me through the buying process from beginning to the end. When I declined the initial deal, he didn't push me to buy. He understood my concerns, wants and needs. He informed his team and then presented another deal to me. Needless to say, an offer was made and accepted. I walked out of the dealership feeling confident in my purchase with Ajay's help! Despite the late hours, Ajay walked me through the options/features in the new vehicle and assisted me in locating things such as the gas lever, the steering wheel adjustment, the radio, Bluetooth, etc. He even offered for me to call his cell phone if I ever needed anything and he'd walk me through the steps via phone. Although it will be a while, my next vehicle purchase will be with Ajay at Hendrick Honda! More
