I was actually at another dealership to see if they could match Hendrick's price and offers and lower purchase price. Unfortunately, Pohanka could not. Hendrick's dealership in customer service was untouchable. Mr. Chinaka Achuko was very helpfully as well assiting me with finacing my Honda. I love my new CRV Touring edition. Found the problem Vehicle had starting problem. (Left me stranded in a church parking lot). Took the car (a 2014 Accord) to Hendrick, where I originally purchased it. Vehicle had starting problem. (Left me stranded in a church parking lot). Took the car (a 2014 Accord) to Hendrick, where I originally purchased it. Could not find anything wrong, and I took the car home. Two days later, the same problem occurred, and I again returned the car to Hendrick and left overnight. This time the problem surfaced, a bad battery. Replaced under warranty, and I am back in business. Great service and very helpful employees, especially Christopher Barnard. Thanks, Chris !! More
