1st Checkup on my 2026 Lexus NX350. Service adviser was Townes Drew - I remember because I called him Drew and he corrected me. :) Anyway, young guy, very customer-friendly, very ea Service adviser was Townes Drew - I remember because I called him Drew and he corrected me. :) Anyway, young guy, very customer-friendly, very eager to make the customer have a great experience. I asked him several questions related to service regarding dealer coding options (I wanted as minimum 5-click bump turn signal (for those lane changes) and a couple more questions on coding. He handled my questions well and I got the coding I wanted. Also, asked him about how to handle some surface scratches and he told me how he would get rid of them and I went home and it worked. Just an all-around fresh, customer-oriented, service advisor. Would use again every time I visit the dealership service department. More
