I came in to the service center because my GS was having some intermittent electrical issues. Alex Bousquet was the service advisor I worked with and he got the car checked out promptly and was very up fron some intermittent electrical issues. Alex Bousquet was the service advisor I worked with and he got the car checked out promptly and was very up front about the cars status while it was in the shop as well as what the underlying issue was. We got it all fixed and my car was good as new that same day! I cannot recommend Alex enough, it's feels impossible to find a service advisor you can trust but he is hands down the best I have worked with. He is the reason I have and will continue to bring my car to the Hendrick Lexus Service Center. Thank you Alex! More
