My wife and I were on a little 4 day getaway to Charleston when I had a tire blowout on I-77. service he provided me at Hendrick Lexus Charleston. Once we got to Charleston with the temporary tire we called our service advisor, Lucian Dobre, at Hendrick Lexus Northlake and he immediately called Jared who immediately called me to arrange a time to get a new tire replaced on our Lexus.
