Yesterday was my first visit to your dealership. I arrived just before 8am. As the doors opened the first employee I saw, was Andrew Jur, who, after I explained that this was my first visit for a 25,0 arrived just before 8am. He, Andrew was true to his word. I appreciated his professionalism, his knowledge and friendly, positive attitude. He explained the operation of the hybrid RX, my loaner vehicle, Additionally I was was both amazed and impressed by the video sent to me by the technician/mechanic.
