I want to commend Jared Young as he truly helped me in a crisis when my car died in traffic. He was calm resourceful and helped me by staying beyond closing hours to provide me with a loner and set it up su crisis when my car died in traffic. Happy exp. Michael and Chris are very nice and professional Just bought 2019 Lexus RX350. Had nice experience with sale's rep Michael and technology specialist Chris Lowry. They are both very helpful, kind and professional. A small problem was that the car was not well prepared for pick up. We have to go back to dealer twice in a week after purchasing. First, the person, who did car cleaning, forgot to put floor mats back. The second was that the person, who added gas, forgot to close the cap. This has caused the warning of "Check engine" and "ICS malfunction". Thus, we had to go back to dealer again and waited for a couple of hours. Overall, we are happy. My husband was greeted by Wilbur Wiggins, the most amazing salesman that we have ever encountered. Most of the salesman that we meet are very aggressive, pushy and they don't give you the room to even look at the vehicle without them following you around everywhere, which is very annoying. We can truly say that Ms. Wilbur Wiggins is that exception to the rule, he did not pressure us in any way and he treated us like family. It is so refreshing to be in the company of a salesman that is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in his craft. We can truly say that Wilbur took care of ALL of our needs and always with a smile and in that professional Lexus way. Needless to say; we purchased a LS 460 the next day and it is amazing.
