Wilbur Wiggins was the bomb diggety! Mr. Wiggins made my husband and I feel right at home. Buying a car is a long process and he made us so comfortable in his office. He was so very professional and knowledgeable about the cars he was selling and he made sure everything was perfect when we were ready to drive it off the lot. I will recommend him to all my friends because I know that they will have a wonderful experience like we did. :) More

Abusive Practices Abusive practices! I received a letter from Lexus telling me that there is a update-recalled software for my GPS system. I must do the update prior Abusive practices! I received a letter from Lexus telling me that there is a update-recalled software for my GPS system. I must do the update prior to 01Dec2019. I contacted my local dealership (Hendrick Charleston and made appt. for this morning. After two hours in the shop, they called me to tell that they cannot upload the software unless I replace my battery ($250) My car is in perfect condition, no battery issues. They claimed the battery needs to be at 550 units of something and mine is only 270. I requested they used one of their batteries to upload the software and then put mine back. No, they cannot do that... This sounds so much like a trick! It is shameful! There is nothing else wrong with my Lexus, they were not going to make a profit on me, today until they came up with this very shrewd idea... :-( :-( I am writing to their headquarters about this. I will update review after that... More
