Very unprofessional Had been in contact for over a week about purchasing a vehicle. Mind you we financed through our bank and had all paper work ready stating that a check was in the mail and they would receive it the next day. Drove to dealership to have Bill meet us at door and tell us they sold the vehicle... Very upsetting that with them knowing we were on our way to pick up vehicle and then to find out they sold it out from under us... Didn't even get and apology or even an attempt to help us find a similar vehicle.. Very disappointed in this dealership and salesman. I would recommend not to deal with this dealership and go to Fairey Chevrolet in Orangeburg, work with Ty Merritt for your next car experience with amazing salesman.... More

Great experience After 11 years of owning my Lexus it was time to buy another. My husband and I wanted a smaller car with the new safety features. We decided we woul After 11 years of owning my Lexus it was time to buy another. My husband and I wanted a smaller car with the new safety features. We decided we would go to the Lexus dealership because of good past experiences and felt we could get a better trade in for our Lexus there. We walked in looking for our past salesman (John Huff) but he was not working that day. Lloyd Walker greeted us, listened to what we were looking for and led us to two perfect cars. Then we had the hard decision of which one to purchase. We are very happy with the car we ended up buying, a 2016 RX 350. It had been their demonstrator so it is just like new.
