Better second time around Mike Graber is such a fine salesman that he sold me a car I didn't even know existed. I knew I wanted a hybrid and I went down to test drive a CT, ful Mike Graber is such a fine salesman that he sold me a car I didn't even know existed. I knew I wanted a hybrid and I went down to test drive a CT, fully intending on buying the one I found online in Georgia if I liked it. The CT turned out to be too small, but Mike found out that an HS 250h was on the way to the dealership and that I might be interested. The 250h never even came up in my searches. Mike made the process smooth and painless. It was a complete 180 from my last visit to the dealership a few years ago where we walked out after the salesman said, "I guess you guys have never been in a place as nice as this." So I ended up flying down to Sarasota and picked up a cherry SC430. But Mr. Graber has resuscitated my faith in buying local. The whole crew was very helpful and knowledgeable during the entire transaction. More

My decision to go with Lexus was made easy by a very low pressure ,value based approach that was centered in on earning my business while truly catering to my needs. Transaction done completely online and the salesman had everything ready when I got there. Introductions to everyone I will eventually get to know including Service Manager, head Sales Manager, and a Technology specialist to explain all the features of the car. The salesman had already engaged and preset all of my technology options and the technology specialist sat with me for 45 minutes in the car setting all to my preferences and fully explaining all the features. I was also ENCOURAGED to call her at any time I couldn't figure out how to change something or how to optimize my driving experience.Two weeks after the sale I'm still getting emails from the salesman to ensure that I am completely happy with my purchase. We both asked numerous questions and Ross had all the answers, he possessed a wealth of knowledge of the Lexus brand, the price was unbeatable and the rebate quoted was much more than I expected. This is our fourth Lexus, so we knew what we were getting. Ross presented us with an outstanding, enjoyable hassle free experience.
