The first time was looking at options and gathering information. I also test-drove one of the cars (ES300). The second time I was more serious about getting something done. Dane was extremely helpful in discussing features of the model I was thinking about (ES300) and also another similar model (ES350), After driving it, I decided I liked the ES 350 much better. The car I ended up with had just been purchased and wasn't listed anywhere and was not in the area with the other used cars. Dane suggested it and the car was being cleaned and detailed. Test drove it and ended up buying it. Dane was really excellent throughout the entire process, including buying my car as a trade in. Would highly recommend him and the dealership in general. Every single person I dealt with was bright, courteous and extremely helpful. More
