We first met Sumter when we taking a trip and casually stopped by the dealership just to view the latest models and unfortunately were confronted with a dead battery in our truck when we attempted to depart. Sumter unhesitatingly devoted a considerable amount of time helping us, complete strangers, get our truck charged up and moving down the road again. Some time thereafter, when we became convinced that a Lexus RX was our likely new vehicle preference, we contacted Sumter solely because of his acts of kindness and generosity when we weren't even customers.
