She made an appointment in the mor My wife dropped off our 2014 Lexus GX at Lexus of Charleston for a 30,000 mile check up and we had a warranty item. She made an appointment in the morning and when she arrived promptly told the work would not be complete until the next day. She asked about a loaner car but was told that loaners were only for customers that purchased the car at Lexus of Charleston. The issue is that I work out of town and she couldn't get a hold of any one. A total stranger took pity on her and drove her home. I guess we committed a horrible crime of moving to Charleston. I wont be buying any car from dealers with the name of Rick Hendrick. So I am getting billed $600 today and my wife will have to pay someone to get back to the dealer. More
