Lexus of Charleston is always a good experience. I always wait for my car - the lounge is comfortable with great coffee and snacks. My service advisor, Townes Drew, was probably the best I have e I always wait for my car - the lounge is comfortable with great coffee and snacks. My service advisor, Townes Drew, was probably the best I have ever had in my 8 years of experience with this dealership- and since they are all very professional, thats saying a lot!. He gave me a regular progress reports and was quick to get me a loaner car when an event at the dealership was going to delay the servicing. They should clone this guy - Townes is an asset to Hendicks! More
