Two weeks later I found that the Nav Data was outdated and I was hoping to get it addressed by Upper Management. I have tried Six emails and a Certified Letter to Steve Strickland General Manager and Heather Ebernickle Guest Services Manager requesting communication all of which has to date gone unanswered. I received better customer service from Baker Cadillac (A J Geffert) purchasing a used Ford Focus for my son than I have so far from Hendrick Lexus of Charleston. Failing to at least discuss a concern with a customer is sadly bewildering. More

I’m also very appreciative of Kaitlyn’s wealth of knowledge and her patience with this octogenarian as I asked for many repeats in my quest to understand all of the wonderful technology embedded in our new car.
