Chase Fraser is a great employee and representative for Hendricks Lexus! When we were told we needed to replace the motors that open the rear hatch on our SUV and there were none in the ENTIRE US we were s Hendricks Lexus! When we were told we needed to replace the motors that open the rear hatch on our SUV and there were none in the ENTIRE US we were stunned. I am handicapped and need access to the rear space for my rollator (without which I am not ambulatory). Chase told us how to get in touch with Lexus USA. We were relieved and very happy when Chase called and told us the motors had arrived and made an appointment for the installation. This is my seventh Lexus and the first time we had any problem. And Lexus and Chase came thru! More
