We had a window issue with our 2017 Lexus and was told that our extended warranty did not cover the parts and labor. In working with our service person, Chase Fraser. he was able to gain approval to cover that our extended warranty did not cover the parts and labor. In working with our service person, Chase Fraser. he was able to gain approval to cover the expense as the warranty cost nearly $5K and this was our second Lexus.
