My recent experience in the service department was great! It was actually a stress-free experience with Chase Fraser's help. I had problems with my insurance card expiration date. Chase has the patience of Job and waited for me to receive via email the current card on my iphone. During the wait he politely excused himself to help others. Pleasantly multitasking is a good trait to have in the busy service department when you bring in your Lexus. Chase showed the same respect to me as to all the employees in his desk area. On my departure he explained the bill and follow-up future service to me in a concise timely manner. He is my point of contact in the future in this service department along with John Totaro in sales. Thank you for the wonderful Lexus Customer service!!! More
