My phone calls weren't getting returned, I don't believe they looked for the projectile that went through the sunroof and struck metal. When I got my car back it still had broken glass. Every visit, the automotive technicians provide top-notch service, and the team who wash the cars always do a great job. The service advisors consistently deliver quality and attentive service. Yesterday, however, my experience was truly extraordinary. In the two years I've been a customer, no one had ever spoken to me in my native language, Spanish. My service advisor, Jason Shermer, initially spoke to me in English and then asked where I was originally from. When I mentioned I was from Puerto Rico, he seamlessly switched to Spanish, and we continued our conversation in my native language. This added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. Jason Shermer was incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful, making my visit even more pleasant. His ability to connect with me in Spanish gave me a different and enhanced level of service that I truly appreciated.
