I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciated your kindness and patience with me when I brought my car in for its oil change. I'm 78 years old and this was my first encounter where I left my appointment with a smile on my face! Next service time, I'll be asking for you...Shone was awesome. She took her time showing me about the maps and making/receiving calls. So pleasant! For me, service is just as important as the sale of the car. Both these areas are well taken care of by well trained employees who know their positions so well! Wilbur could not have been more caring that I boought the right car to meet my needs. We had an excellent experience purchasing our Lexus GX Luxury from Wilbur Wiggins! He truly went above and beyond for our family. Although the dealership had two GX Luxury models on the lot, neither were Luxury from Wilbur Wiggins! He truly went above and beyond for our family. Although the dealership had two GX Luxury models on the lot, neither were our preferred color. Wilbur immediately got to work locating exactly what we wanted from a sister dealership and had it delivered to Charleston within a week. Throughout the entire process, he communicated with us every step of the way and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We also had our small children with us during the process, and he was incredibly kind and patient with them. He even gave each of them a special Lexus hat that they absolutely love!
