As always this dealership takes care of it's Lexus owners with pride and professionalism. My service rep, Jarred, was quick and efficient. He set me up with a loaner and explained work to be done, cost and with pride and professionalism. My service rep, Jarred, was quick and efficient. I had my first service department appointment today. I was taken care of by Andrew Jur. He made sure that my concerns were dealt with at my appointment. He is very customer oriented and personable. Andrew Jur in the Service Dept is always professional, courteous, and easy to work with. He's an asset to your company. Sam Aby was helpful in showing me some new models and is working up a quote for me courteous, and easy to work with. He's an asset to your company. Pat Welsh was my salesman the last time, and quite honestly had to do very little. Never really followed up to build a relationship. This was very different than what I experienced with the Lexus dealership in Augusta , GA. My salesman there, Scott Spivey, built relationships and was a pleasure to do business with. I don't feel that same culture here, and I spent my entire career building successful sales teams. Perhaps the product and service is enough to keep everyone happy with the numbers being generated. 11/4/21 Went into get my 65000 maintenance done and wound up trading and upgrading from 2015 to 2018 work with Raymond Rhett, always a pleasure and pleasant man..
