Jared Young operates on the same level as you would expect from a family member or a friend. He gives advice based on his knowledge and experience and as if he was the owner of the car. And on another note, Lexus management should be recognized for stepping up to the plate and resolving a service issue you would expect from a brand that sells quality and reliability.
