I had a truly outstanding experience working with Alex at the Lexus dealership. Even on an extremely busy day, he remained polite, attentive, and patient. He listened carefully to the small details I mentioned, and when I returned to pick up my car, every single thing he promised had been taken care of. What impressed me most was the extra care he took with a spot on my back bumper where another car had left paint behind. Alex personally used a solution and buffed it out himself, leaving the bumper looking shiny and new again. That level of dedication and pride in his work is rare. Alex delivered exceptional service from start to finish, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended. More
