This morning I took my new (to me) Lexus in for its first service under my ownership. I wasn't sure what to expect and was delighted with the service I received. Jared Young met me at the door in the service service under my ownership. I wasn't sure what to expect and was delighted with the service I received. Jared Young met me at the door in the service bay and asked if I had a preferred person to work with. I told him it was my first trip to Lexus and he walked me through everything quickly and professionally. The service video from the tech was outstanding and I felt like they truly took care of both my needs and that of the vehicle. Jared even transferred my groceries from the loaner to my vehicle when I returned to pick it up. This was such an exceptional experience and I'll definitely be going back. More
