We had made an appointment to see a representative about a new car. We arrived on time for our appointment, but our representative was busy helping a customer that was a walk-in. If anyone has seen the Seinfeld episode where Jerry walks into the car rental place and they don't have a car for him, even though he had reserved a car......well, that's how we felt. We were handed off to another salesperson that was not familiar with our intentions. We were not pleased, but this salesperson did their best to accommodate us. We took a test drive and when we were done the original salesperson stepped in to help us. We settled on a vehicle and the rest of the process was handled very well. It had been some time since our last purchase of a new vehicle and the paper work was daunting, but the electronic desktop screen made the process so much easier. We love our new car and in the end, we are very pleased with the overall service at the dealership. More

I bought my Lexus 350 at this dealership two months ago, woke up to my car with a dead battery, got it jumped, had no appointment, and drove it to the dealership.
