Hendrick Lexus Kansas City

This is my 4th RX and 3rd hybrid model. All were purchased from Superior. I have owned Mercedes and Volvos, when I first began driving nicer cars. The Lexus has been a no-brainer. The dealership is fantastic. When considering new cars, my default was to look at something else, probably the Ford Edge, possibly Acura XDX. My most likely move was to buy the 2008 400H at the end of the lease (next month). When I went to the dealership to begin the process of buying 2008 at end of lease, my sales professional was able to sell me a new one on the spot. This absolutely would not have happened with any other make of car or with any other dealership. Because of the routine "no problem" experience, since leasing my 1st Lexus about 8 years ago, it wasn't a hard decision to make. Kudos More

We had an excellent experience from the time we drove up and were greeted out of our car, to the end of the sale. The entire staff from the lady that installed our car seat all the way up to the general man and were greeted out of our car, to the end of the sale. The entire staff from the lady that installed our car seat all the way up to the general manager were nothing short of professional and courteous. After searching for several weeks to find a specific pre-owned car we thought we had found the perfect one in Oklahoma City. We were assured by the sales manager at the dealership that the car was in pristine condition. We took our 3 children, including our infant daughter, and drove 5 hours to go pick it up only to find that they had not been honest with us. How disappointing! After that we spoke to someone at Superior Lexus and they told us that not only could they find us the car that we wanted but they would have it shipped here for us! WOW, what a difference!! We LOVE our new car. Thank you for everything that you have done for us, and for such a great experience. We truly value being a part of the Lexus family but more importantly the Superior family. More
