I have purchased two Lexus SUV's from this dealer. We found a used Land Cruiser in stock. I messaged the salesperson that we had been working with. No response. We drove to the dealer anyway. A different representative took us on a test drive of approx. 2 miles where we never go about 35mph. Upon returning, he asked if we wanted to purchase the vehicle. I said that I would need an actual test drive, and that I felt they were strong on the price. Salesperson said "we wont negotiate on the price". We thanked him and left. 2 days later the price is advertised $5k lower. I messaged the salesperson, twice, and called twice. No response to any messages of any kind. Later in the day I sent a message stating that if he no longer worked their or if in his opinion, we didn't qualify to be a customer please let me know and we will stop trying to reach him. 10 minutes later I get a response "vehicle is now sold". I guess we truly don't qualify as a Hendrick customer and will find a new Land Rover or Land cruiser instead of a Lexus. More
