They were straight forward with the price from the start (a great prices at that), which was super important because I hate the haggling normally involved in purchasing a vehicle. When I did get a little stressed for a short moment, due to my specific circumstances, I was able to speak with Alexai, the sales manager, and he explained everything in detail to me to help me understand where we were at in the process. They had everything completed when I got there to pick up the car and the signing process was so simple. They were responsive, took care of everything I asked for, and even offered to deliver the car when they didn't think it was going to be ready in time for me.
