Recently had a recall on two of my Lexus an RX 350 and LC 500. Living in Topeka with two cars having to go to Kansas City for a recall I contacted Jen Tracy at the dealership who arranged to have both cars p 500. Living in Topeka with two cars having to go to Kansas City for a recall I contacted Jen Tracy at the dealership who arranged to have both cars picked up and repaired. On the 350 there was a battery issue that she identified replace the battery under warranty. Also, checked the electrical system on the LC 500 as we’ve had to jump it a couple of times. Nothing there was found to be unusual. The bottom line is she went above and beyond what I think most service employees would do. Very knowledgeable on the issues that we had been having. Resolved the problem and reassured us that everything is back to normal. Highly recommend that dealership and Jen Tracy for any repair needs. More
