Willie Steineger with Hendricks Lexus was great in looking out for the best interest of me and my car. I had taken my car in for an oil change and brake fluid flush. Later in the day as I was driving looking out for the best interest of me and my car. I had taken my car in for an oil change and brake fluid flush. Later in the day as I was driving home, the breaks weren’t working correctly and I had to take it back to the dealership. During the brake fluid flush, a part went bad and would cost around $600 to fix. Willie Steineger got me in a nice loan car for the weekend and worked with his team to cover the cost of fixing since he “wanted to do what’s right for the customer “. I’m happy Willie and Hendricks Lexus was able to look out for me as a customer, and I’ll refer everyone I talk to to go to Willie Steineger and Hendricks Lexus for the great service.
