I went to Hendrick Lexus a few weeks ago with my 2021 Lexus Hybrid On A FLATBED TOW TRUCK. This Is about the 3rd or 4TH Time This Has Happened To Me. I HAVE Been To HENDRICK LEXUS Probably 4-5 Times In The LAST YEAR “With LOW Battery Charge ISSUES”! This Is Considerably Concerning for A 66 years old Seasoned Senior Citizen. This Is Thousands Pieces OF: Metal Aluminum And Plastic That I AM ENTRUSTING MY LIFE TO, DAILY. I Want It To Take Me SAFELY TO MY DESTINATION AND BRING ME BACK HOME SAFELY. I had a couple of issues with my car after purchasing it used at another Lexus dealership, I brought it to Hendricks and Craig, a se fantastic to me.
