This is my third lease from Lexus and I come from a family of Lexus drivers. I could be a brand ambassador for Lexus as much as I believe in the brand. Unfortunately my new car appears to have some family of Lexus drivers. I could be a brand ambassador for Lexus as much as I believe in the brand. Unfortunately my new car appears to have some odd issues (never heard of any Lexus especially brand new having these problems). When the car died out I contacted Lexus immediately! Within minutes Chris Clark, a manager at Hendrick Lexus, had someone at my location with a loaner! The next weeks to follow Chris kept me well informed, apologized endlessly, and quite frankly worked his xxx off to make sure I was apart of the process and though in an unsatisfactory situation, keep me satisfied! Chris at Lexus is a genuine hardworking man that represents Lexus very well. At the end of this whole bizarre situation I will leave another review and the only way it will be five stars, the only way I will be totally satisfied is if Chris, one of the managers there, gets acknowledged for his efforts and hard work! He and Greg are both amazing and have made this lemon of a circumstance, lemonade as much as they possibly can! The corporate office at Lexus- a different story! I will be back for how this story ends at Lexus when you are forced to go to the top of ladder. You know, having to deal with the people that dont want to deal with people and put the heavy on others…. TO BE CONTINUED!! More
