I contacted a number of Lexus dealers, but Shayla Bates at Hendrick Lexus was the only one to get back to me, and I was extremely lucky to deal with t I contacted a number of Lexus dealers, but Shayla Bates at Hendrick Lexus was the only one to get back to me, and I was extremely lucky to deal with them - even though it was a 3 hour drive to get there. I purchased a 2020 Lexus RX 350 F Sport. I LOVE it. Shayla Bates and Peter had exactly the car I was looking for waiting for me when I arrived. My salesman, Peter Clark, was very knowledgeable and helped with all the options on the car. Dr. Tom Trillin, the Delivery Specialist, spent a lot of time teaching me about the car. He never rushed me, was an expert in his knowledge of the car, and he did not mind going over a couple a things again when I asked. Regarding the car, I LOVE it! I traded in my Mercedes for the Lexus. The Lexus Is very intuitive and easy to use. It rides like a dream, and I am enjoying all the options, such as the Heads Up display.
