After choosing my car, the paperwork process was as painless as I have ever experienced. Before driving away, a wonderful member of the Superior Lexus team (I forget her name...) walked me through every knob, dial, button and gadget on my new car. I did not leave wondering to myself, "Now what does this thing do?". Of course, a dealship should also be judged upon the service provided after the sale.
