I’ve had commendable service over several years with Hendricks Lexus Northlake except my most recent one this week. My car was over filled by 2-3 quarts during oil change which caused a burning smell as Hendricks Lexus Northlake except my most recent one this week. First time Lexus owner and 3rd visit at Henderick Lexus Northlake. All three visit have been excellent and impressive. The level of communication, detail in services, professionalism and integrity. However, my recent vist with Sam McMackin took it to a whole new level. Sam introduced himself and greeted me with a handshake-who does that anymore??? His gesture displayed respect and valued me as his customer. Sam immediately took ownership of what needed to be accomplished respectful of my time knowing that we all have somewhere to be. He took note that the loaner was low on fuel and had it topped off. That showed me he is detailed oriented and considerate. Really great experience at Hendrick North Lake today. I had my car in for service. They checked my car in within 10 minutes. Had me in a loaner within 10 minutes and on my way when I went back to pick up I had my car in for service. They checked my car in within 10 minutes. Had me in a loaner within 10 minutes and on my way when I went back to pick up my car, the service was impeccable Sam my service writer was so attentive on top of things and everybody else involved were just so awesome even received a video from my service tech showing me things he had done to my car.
